P2B Complaint Handling Annual Report
This report is published in accordance with the Platform to Business Regulation 2019/1150 (“P2B Regulation”), which came into effect on July 12, 2020. The report shows the effectiveness of the internal complaints handling system for P2B complaints that Audiospace implemented to comply with the P2B Regulation.
The P2B internal complaints handling system enables Audiospace Customers to submit complaints via the P2B Form under the following categories:
- Concerns about Audiospace’s compliance with its obligations under the P2B Regulation
- Technological issues directly related to Audiospace’s provision of the P2B Services
- Measures taken by Audiospace in respect of its provision of the P2B Services which have affected the complainant’s business
- This report includes information about the total number of complaints received via the P2B Form, the complaint types, average time period needed to process the complaints, as well as aggregated information regarding the outcome of the complaints.

* The number of complaints accounted for in this report are complaints submitted via Audiospace P2B Complaint Form only. While Audiospace also accepts formal P2B complaints sent by mail or email, we did not receive any official complaints in any other format in 2022.
** Despite using our P2B Complaint Form, 0 complaints submitted were not related to the P2B regulation. The other complaints received were unrelated business inquiries that users can receive support for through our Help Center and Support team here, and/or other legal forms which are available at Audiospace’s Legal page.
P2B Complaint Form
This form is designed to enable E.U.-based Customers who use the P2B Services (as defined below) to lodge a complaint under the “Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online information services” (“P2B Regulation”) concerning: (a) Audiospace’s non-compliance with the P2B Regulation, (b) Technological issues directly related to Audiospace’s provision of the P2B Services, and (c) measures taken by Audiospace in respect of its provision of the P2B Services which have affected your business.
“P2B Services” mean the core Audiospace services that enable E.U. based Customers to host their Apps & Websites in order to sell or provide products and services to consumers located in the E.U. and which services are subject to the P2B Regulation.
